Had EFAX at 9 now at 26
Had WCAP at 11 now 29
Had PCNTF at 35 now 62

The lesson is very simple, Kathy. It doesn't pay to trade. Buy and hold is the way to make money.

The problem is this. Buy and hold is no fun at all. Trading is exciting. So, here's what I do:

My core holdings are not traded. I keep a small amount to trade for fun.
