I have been thinking the same thing...BKS might react differently than other back-end plays after the IPO. They are a legit company retaining most of the value of the IPO...there might be some sell off after but it might actually rise if the IPO went crazy.

Max,
I plan to use options to help lock in my profits right before the IPO. Then if the stock does not do the typical dive, I will buy them back at a small loss and ride.
