1,505,312 shares held. $1,786,805 portion of the market capitalization. The main reason we are doing this is so that we all know how much control we have and how much control MM's have and how much control DGIV has. We know what the restricted shares are. We know what the float is. We know the total, but we don't know how much of the float we all have. We did this once before, but nobody ever put the data to a spreadsheet and had a running total. Personally, it would help me to see how much control I do have as a member of the DGIVaholics in terms of the group hanging together or not. I mean, if we only have 2million shares and 7 million is held by other entities that we are unaware of, then it will probably be "every man/woman for him/herself" kind of trading. I just wanted everybody to get an idea of who much we actually do hold - cummulatively. This is strategy making. So we don't have what happend last year happen EVER again.
