I was thinking the very same thing (similarities in our posts). Once your piano students have gained a certain degree of technical proficiency, aren't style and interpretation the hardest things to teach? Those are the intangibles that are worth gold, and seem so dependent on students' aesthetic sensibilities. How does one teach that?
