GNEN 's new web site at cdmusic.com is up and running and with good timing. News all over the place about such companies as cdnow.com and others, and I would expect for TV coverage to continue for a while yet, bringing with it attention to cdmusic.com as well. GNEN is a stock trading in the low 20 cent range. cdnow is much higher, and other big hitters are getting coverage too. Frankly cdmusic.com is the better web site name, and I must admit that my expectations are that cdmusic.com will get more then a few hits on their web site that should have gone to the heavily advertised cdnow.com. GNEN has seen a high of almost $1.00, and I see no reason given the current situation in the market for it not to exceed that in the near future, as people look for bargains in the on-line music industry. In fact, the reason it dropped in the first place was due to the length of time it took to get cdmusic.com on-line. But now it's up and running. This stock is a double or triple just waiting for a chance to happen. Over the next few days of continuing TV coverage of the on-line music sites, expect to see a lot of movement in GNEN.

Darline, the Hot Subjects list merely rates the activity on the various threads throughout Silicon Investor. The most active and popular threads go on the Hot Subjects list, until they lose their momentum. It is measured by scoring the number of people bookmarking and posting recently. There is an explanation on the Hot Subjects page somewhere. Nothing to do with stocks, whatsoever.

We do our own trading, so we are not constantly discussing our moves. Just those that are significant. . .and unfortunately, rarely the losing ones, but always remembering the winning ones. Some go to chat rooms, like daytraders irc, but most don't. Some look at the stock threads, but many just pick a handful of threads and stay there. Look at profiles on individuals to see where they have posted recently.

We post stocks we are interested in on this board. It has shown to be relatively safe lately from rapid effects, so we have time to discuss prospects without affecting price. That is important in a board, and I work to keep down the momentum effects. That is why we don't see many coming here hyping this or that. . .they have finally figured out that there efforts are ignored here.

Hope this helps
