You're telling me! I have a small trading account with AMTD for trading BB stocks and I forgot my password as I haven't traded that account for several months. Called customer support and they offered to mail me the password! I asked how about e-mail and they refused! By the time I get the password in the mail I'll no longer be interested in placing a trade. He suggested placing a trade with a broker for $19 instead of $8 but after waiting on hold for 10 minutes I gave up! Steve
