Was a Canadian gold mining penny stock that went through the roof as a result of fudged ore assays... when it became public staff were jumping (or being pushed - I can't remember) out of helicopters to their deaths, etc. Became very ugly... the TSE looked very unprofessional and a lot of people lost their shirts as the stock went into oblivion... That covers off the key points I think.
