The right way is to pour out the bait in a line pointing toward the blind. Aim about 1/3rd of the way up the line of ducks, tap a dime on your barrel and when the all look up----shoot. That's called getting your ducks in a row. Pot shooters get about 20%, line them up for 100% success. Some day I'll tell you how to use an old bed to poach wild turkeys.
