Daniel....good post...should it come that CIEN is a buyout play it will be at higher valuations than we now have so accumulation is sound strategy....even without a buyout CIEN should do very well by yrs end....

Latest Forbes magazine focused on fiber. There is something about fiber laid is not equal to fiber lit. To light a fiber connection, it costs more per mile than laying it. I wonder if DWDM has something to do with cost. Does it increase or decrease the cost?

The magazine only mentioned Global Crossing, Qwest, IXC. No fiber component makers or CIEN mentioned.
