Hello Confluence Article in today's FP (Ian Karleff) lists questions to ask to determine if an undervalued stock is a good buy opportunity. They are: "1. Has the firm lost its intellectual property? 2. Is management taking the company in the wrong direction? 3. Has any accounting irregularities or criminal behavior been detected? 4.
