I seem to be out about 16 mil. shares on my calculations. Has anyone heard of more shares being issued, as I have not?

Tom,
I KNOW I saw it somewhere recently but can't seem to find it now. I thought there was a follow-up to the April 5 release that detailed it out. Am I really getting Alzheimer's? Tell me someone else saw it.
I think it said the percentage ownership was in the high teens/low twenties. A pretty significant amount.
Did anyone else see this release?
