Josef, the SC 13-G filing is a statement of beneficial ownership. The ownership listed is 586,338 shares. The PR mentioned ~441,000 shares were purchased for the $6 million. Therefore, the warrants (exerciseable at "higher" prices) must amount to ~145,000 shares.

Unfortunately, the SC 13-G filing does not register the shares for sale, so the provision relating to increasing the number of shares if the price falls (to the $13 range, if memory serves) must still be in effect.

Let's hope they get that S-3 in to the SEC quickly so there is no question about the number of shares involved with this financing.
