DLIA

I think TURF is going to buy DLIA stock from the company, thus giving it a cash infusion. Even if the value of TURF holdings exceed the market cap of DLIA, the arbs probably won't be big players until TURF becomes marginable (shortable) in the US 3 days after the IPO.

tdl:

With a portion of the ipo procceeds going to buy DLIA stock...how long before they can start "buying"?

This was covered in the previous post but since there appears to be some confusion on this (especially over on Yahoo!) let me state this as clearly as I can....

TURF will not be buying shares of DLIA in the open market.

They are buying brand spankin' new, never been traded shares of DLIA directly from DLIA.
