I don't know! With a P/E of only 6000+ it is a steal at these levels! Actually, it seems like telecom is coming back into rotation, but the jump today would seem to indicate something more. Maybe another long-term contract will be announced soon or perhaps a split. I missed the splits last year but I wouldn't mind another one. Would that put the P/E at 12,000? Yow.
