Doug, I give up. I will not post to you anymore. There's no hope for someone who continues to bash a stock while it goes from $3 to $30. Say what you will, I'm not listening anymore.

Doug my understanding is that Ebay made a substantial dollar deal with AOL in order for it to be the number 1 auction site on there. (Someone please confirm). All the other ones (including bid.com) are still present for users to click on. My speculation is that AOL decided to sell the BII stock simply because they probably picked it up at around the 50 cent mark and they were already realizing 2000%+ gains on this. That's a good enough reason to profit take in anyones books. They still maintain a sizeable BII holding.

I don't think them selling BII shares is an indication of them losing faith in BII. It's the same for many of the longs on this thread who have sold in the past week. It's not that they stopped believing in BII -- it was simply time to take some profit. Paper is great -- cash in the bank is better.

Dagan

There is a handful of people like you on SI. You are no different then the few I've encountered. I've often asked myself the question, why does someone who has no interest in the stock linger on the thread exchanging abuses with those who see the positive in it?? Why do you not simply move on to the thread of your favorite stock and discuss its positive attributes??

I've narrowed it down to two simple explanations:

1) One you are a loner and have no one else to talk to.

or

2) You are masochistic and enjoy the constant abuse.

Which is it?????????
