Mike,

There's a big difference between companies with Promise and VNE.

VNE avoids telling the public what it's up to, or how it might ever expect to make money.

Why doesn't this company do what any other company would do when it needs money?

Others file a prospectus and make an offering to the public.

VNE does a private placement where insiders pick up the shares at the maximum discount allowed by the ASE (25%) to the market price; then dilute the shareholders value.

IMO, this is akin to theft.
