Phil, my thoughts on the situation are as follows: You can put a pretty bow on Mongolian yak dung but I expect it will still smell.

Phil, It is a petty war with the BCSC having the last word,

Forget it, it means nothing.

Phil, I have an answer, not your question, but more to an area seperate
from MGR and us shareholders.

Its easier to lay down an answer when the question is not knowned, and since
we know that some non-shareholders will attack this post, I will flush two birds
with one stone.

We all pay taxes and obey the laws, else go to jail.

Some fight those who try to prevent us from doing things, in the name of correctness.

Some fight because of conviction of being right, against a wrong.

Some others fight because they can win with a backing of money or lawers,
or out of a sence of duty.

Some ofcourse fight to do a wrong and prevent the ruling body to impose
punishment, and ineffect get away with a crime.

This post is really nothing about MGR, and in my opinion the actions by
that governing body against that person, also has nothing to do with MGR
in the area of "insider" trading. Yes, the man is an officer of MGR and
knows insider info, and seems to want to move MGR shares, but to me the
reason for the action is this man's action to control his ability to do
what he feels is correct, and fight those with an ability to prevent him.

To speculate, this man may be trying to move mgr shares for personnel reasons, which are no business of us. He may want to sell to eventho
he "knows" good news will arrive next week. Or he may only want to move
a very small number, like 100 shares, just to force the others side hands.

So to me, with my trust in Dave Webb and he has trust in this man, I feel
that nothing bad has or is to happen. Even if this man wants to sell
a million mgr shares, his right under laws and restrictions. And even
if so, as if bad news soon, then Dave Webb would know.

So now let me flip flop, and I now ask Dave Webb a question, not about
this inside issue, but:

Question: In relation to the MGR/MAC/Bank/Mongolia situation, has there
been any significant developments since your last "we are in a wait mode"
for any more info from Mongolia.

Thanks

Doug
