Aus, Don, and others:

Perhaps part of the unusual price/volume activity today can be explained by a report on CNBC that someone had circulated a rumor that a major brokerage firm said SNDK would not be able to meet its earlier earnings projections for the most recent quarter. CNBC had determined that there was no truth whatsoever to the report. I put in a call to Cindy Burgdorf, but so far have not been able to reach her. I left a message on her voice mail. As far as I'm concerned, the panic selling has opened up another buying opportunity.

Ausdauer, are your certain that one person sold 45,000 shares or could it have been one buyer sucking up all outstanding asks from many sellers. The price movement was all up when this happened.
