I am a little suspicious of a possible buyout by Yahoo. I hope Bid.com does not sell YET.

My broker has called to me twice, including today to congratulate me with the success of Bid.com! However, he was unaware of Bid.com's inclusion into the TSE 300. He was very surprised and said that he may buy some shares. The only thing he seemed to know about Bid.com is that in Feb. they applied to list on the Nasdaq. The only reason he knows that is because of me.
My point is: Bid.com is still largely unknown to the US investors. Once it hits Nasdaq, this will change and the momentum will increase with news about Bid.com to US investors.
Bid.com has not seen its highs yet. Wait until Nasdaq. Let the US investors and analysts become fully aware of Bid.com and its business objectives. Only then, will we see what Bid.com is worth to US investors.
