Gee, Dave, I can see your house from the top of the pile! Whoops, no, that was a seagull. Dodge questions? Me? No one's ever asked. Are those rhetorical accusations with question marks supposed to be questions? Hmm. Well, if they are, note that I have no cheap shares, except of course some that got cheap after I bought them. I am an outsider. Flame? That wasn't a flame. You can't seem to tell the difference between a flame and a diagnosis. Are you proud of being "right" about IPM? I know little boys who are proud of peeing into snowbanks. Well, why shouldn't they be? And you should be happy at not getting burned by IPM. Happy, not so full of hubris (oops, there I go again -- "rhetorical" and "hubris"; apologies for the hard words) as to think you created all good things on earth and can call everyone else inferior fools thereby. I made a bundle on Bre-X. Boy, I sure called that one right and the poor broken morons who weren't lucky enough to wander out at the top acidentally like I did probably deserve their misery. Being a hurtful, smirking person, hiding behind whatever self-congratulatory rubric (sorry) you choose, simply does not make one anything good beyond being lucky. And, ah, the rapier wit (thud)! Don't worry, that acne (skin or spirit) can be treated. And you are not alone. If you are proud of being the object of contempt, you cannot even claim to be the only one. Must be crowded there in the pile, Dave (or is it CL?). If you are sincere in your claimed sympathy, you are in serious need of lessons in how to communicate difficult things without so offending those you are trying to talk to that they would rather stone you than listen to you. Therapy? Maybe. Hope I haven't offended Laser or geoffreycs or anyone brave person with with no name. Without wax, Ed D.
