Sorry, I didn't know about the reverse shell merger. I have been following TNRG for sometime and was under the impression that a new Corp. was going to be set up.

I can't imagine pricing like this. I'm inline to get 10,000 free shares. A $50,000 or $60,000 dividend just doesn't sound right.

Do you have any idea on just what is going on?
