I don't know who is holding what Harry. What I do know is that ADA,PXM and THE have all farmed out their interests in the devonian/atoka formations,apparantly in similar terms to what the PXM nr showed y'day. Which other jv's have done the same-i don't know. <<who is the third party?>> Probably the one jv with the cash!! Plus we know that tnp.u is now involved with the devonian/atoka @20%,which they picked up from one of the jv's. One thing is for sure-there isn't going to be very many of the jv's left who will benefit from gas production from these zones if they prove commercial...I will try to find out some more,but info.is hard to come by! I'm now agreeing with DD and his view about developing these formations-because i never even considered that the farming out would go this far.Our litigation settlement could be a long ways off,although I hope not...LP
