recently filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission, as well as registrations to sell restricted
stock, according to Federal Filings Business News.

PURCHASES

GLOBALSTAR TELECOMMUNICATIONS LTD. (GSTRF): Globalstar Telecommunications
Ltd. Chairman and Chief Executive Bernard L. Schwartz purchased 100,000 shares of the
company's common stock in late March. Schwartz bought the shares on March 31 at a per share
price range of $12.88 to $14.44. At the end of the month, Schwartz directly owned 897,604 shares.

Bernard Schwartz bought 100,000 Globalstar shares on 3/31/99, at prices from $12.88 to $14.44.Reported after the close on Dow Jones news.

That sucks. If I'd known Mr. Schwartz called the low I woulda gotten in for more! I was holding some back in case it went lower.

What good is this internet thing if we're just finding out over a week later?
