PURCHASES GLOBALSTAR TELECOMMUNICATIONS LTD. (GSTRF): Globalstar Telecommunications Ltd. Chairman and Chief Executive Bernard L. Schwartz purchased 100,000 shares of the company's common stock in late March. Schwartz bought the shares on March 31 at a per share price range of $12.88 to $14.44.
