The overallotment option was granted to the underwriting syndicate to cover overallotments and for market stabilization purposes. The overallotment option closing is expected to occur on April 12, 1999. After the issuance of the common shares in connection with the exercise of the overallotment option, there will be 11,619,874 common shares of Versus issued.
