Pure Zinc shares acquired in private transaction Pure Zinc Technologies Inc PURZ Shares issued 5,740,190 1999-03-26 close $0.16 Monday Mar 29 1999 Ms. Peggy Zock reports On March 24, 1999, Peggy L. Zock purchased one million shares of Pure Zinc at eight cents per share from treasury. Subsequent to the transaction, Ms. Zock owned 1,020,000 shares of Pure Zinc. The shares were acquired by Ms. Zock pursuant to a private transaction in connection with a share purchase agreement made among Zock, Charityville Inc. and Pure Zinc, whereby Pure Zinc purchased 55 per cent of the issued shares of Charityville Inc. from Ms. Zock. Ms. Zock has no current intentions to purchase further shares of Pure Zinc. No other parties are acting jointly or in concert with Ms. Zock in respect to Pure Zinc securities.
