Gari, Well take a look at there website wowya.com it's very impressive. The MLM MEGA MALL is going to be full of big name companies where you meet all of your shopping needs. So far they have three big name companies and there is rumors that there will be more in the coming weeks. They make there money in various ways, advertising, sales from some of there own stores, % of sales from some stores, and there Multi Level Marketing plan will generate revenue. Once another big name is attached this will bring a lot of attention. Best of luck Cash Money

Maybe. But I think there is something deeper than that. This is a combination of a e-commerce portal with the combined strength of a multi-level marketing strategy.

It's a cyber-mall. No physical limits, but it charges rent to be featured. Think of the potential. Think of real life. When you go to the mall, you usually try to go to the closest one that has the best following relationship:

(quality stores & variety) / (distance & inconvenience of being there)

Wow Ya could offer the best "cyber-mall" following the same relationship as above. One place where you have it all, where you can do your shopping efficiently and quickly, with well known companies. Notice how quickly a few big companies have rented space. Even Amazon, arguably the king of cyber-commerce at the present.

This thing could even have more success at the regional levels. Great for the grocery stores that usually are included in "real world" malls! Imagine how scalable this business is! from local to global. All you need is efficient distribution points.

The second aspect to this business, is the inclusion of the multi-level marketing strategy. Basically, the business model of Amway. It's a little more controversial, but it's a working one. Very profitable also.

Revenues will come from rent, advertising, possible referall fees, and even profit from products being sold via the site. Finally, even membership fees...

I have more trouble understanding there decision to charge 25$ to be a member, but then again. There may be overwhelming reasons to do it. Costco does it. It assures a certain level of loyalty, in exchange for generally very competitive prices, all at the same place....

Similar sites can be thought of today. You can already think of many variants of part of this business model being applied elsewhere on the net. But this is yet another new breed.

And they are reportedly already profitable now!

My thoughts only.
