Bukun, We half-agree on a lot of things. I agree that some common ownership of production by employees solves a lot of problems. Indeed, as cooperatives like Migros in Switzerland have shown, you don't have to be purely profit-driven to be a great enterprise. That's the idealist in me talking; my pragmatic side recognizes the conflicts between labor and capital. From capital's perspective, well-constructed cash bonuses would be preferable for a real business.
