1] The point is, we never saw YOUR name on the list

2] No person has taken an interest in VNE like you have

3] VNE insiders crooked? Strange we haven't seen them dumping the stock back out.

4] Private Placements DO NOT REQUIRE a prospectus. Once again, strange the ASE does not take your view, or are you the only one who knows VNE is in breach of securities regulations?

5] Nobody here compares VNE to the "big boys". VNE longs want the company to BECOME one. A slimy company? The ASE, Citibank and The Globe & Mail do not think so. Give 'em a call and shed some light on VNE.

6] Protecting the neophytes? Seems you have illusions of grandeur to think investors seek your protection.

Ian, put your money where your mouth is. Go short on VNE (if you have not already) and post your trading statement on the web for all to see. We have asked you to do this once in the past and, of course, you did not respond.

Just put an end to the "protector" bit. If you really want to do that, write letters to the ASE, eMerge partners and the Globe. If your concerns have any merit, someone will listen and then save all VNE investors.
