from CSFB:

* ATHM shares may be affected by reports that AT&T may lose some control over
@Home to Comcast and Cox as a penalty for missing cable access subscriber
targets in its TCI unit.
* The press revisits the idea of ATHM's cable partners (Comcast) exercising
their right to renege on the exclusivity contracts under certain conditions. We
believe the probability of this occurrence is close to zero since the cable
partners must then sell their ATHM shares back to @Home for $0.50/share.
* We expect any possible (incremental) gain of control by Comcast and Cox to be
a positive for ATHM especially as @Home negotiates the WorldNet deal and any
other transaction with AT&T.
