Because the momentum in early March was cut abruptly short by the PA tender offer. I think(IMO), it will resume shortly after the 15th(perhaps even before) and go to 200 quickly. I really thought it would go to 200 by the end of March(I posted to you that very opinion last month). It was stopped in it's tracks by no new news or any details of PA's plans for gnet.

This all resumes next week. Of course IMO, look at what happened to VUSA today. PA has a 'name' and his involvement creates a demand.
