it is not "old news". probably the only place you can find this info is on the boards, i never saw any releases. that is why we all talk about the possible spinoff. nothing has been announced, just board speculation. i dare you to find any news outside of the boards on this news about softbank and idtc. i do agree idtc mgmt has been coordinating the release of news, in the forms of the solicitation and agreements. drip, drip, drip. they are heavily armed.
