Heard the president of Bid.com, not Godin, can.t remember name on Canadian CBC National Radio today talking about company and Dutch auction, very impressive guy with good answers to tough questions. Would not comment any takeover rumours.(says there are enough out there already)

The only mutual funds that may not be able to do that are those that make it their mandate to faithfully track the TSE 300. There are only a handful of those funds. The majority of funds can do whatever they want.
