Wipro will continue to market and support Acer products, while Acer is to set up a subsidiary in India. Jindal Strips buys two units from Bethlehem Corp of US JINDAL Strips Ltd (JSL) of the OP Jindal group has acquired two stainless steel sheet rolling and finishing units from the $4.48bn US-based Bethlehem Steel Corporation for an undisclosed amount. Novartis to buy eyecare brand from UB company NOVARTIS India Ltd is close to finalising its first acquisition in India. The company, through its eyecare business, CibaVision, is buying an eyedrop brand called Clearine from Optrex Ltd, a part of the United Breweries group.
