The problem here as I see it is too many people want to flip this stock, without an abundance of sellers the buyers would anti up and the price would fly. You can always buy ATI for less than the bid price. Go to the market and buy BII you will always pay more then the asking price. Its the sellers that have control. If everyone agreed not to sell their stock the shorts would flee for greener pastures.
