"I have been disappointed on the timing of FVCX announcement as if they had hold on to this for few more days the stock could have gone above $25 on the Internet Video/Streaming Video mania going on."

I guess it depends whether you think management should be focusing on making quick profits for short-term traders or looking out for the interests of long-term shareholders.

Hey! The stock was soaring, what was management supposed to do? Wait and let the price go to $25, $30 and then announce and crash further?

More than likely when the price jumped so radically, it forced the hand of FVCX to announce that day in order to prevent a worse situation.

To me it showed some class and responsibility. Bad earnings warnings are never easy, but best to get it done quickly and prevent even larger losses by shareholders.

Hi;
I agree that there is a mania raging around video streaming companies.I mentioned Infocast Corp. to you recently in relation to the
Company's state-of-the-art interactive-multimedia technology.Infocast's video streaming software enables on-line,interactive
multimedia delivery that compares with the best in the industry.

The Company has had its software independently tested at Cornell University against two other leading streaming
technologies.Cornell's test results concluded that "File access(request to playing video) was rated 4-8 seconds for the Company
and varied from 12-20 seconds for MicroSoft's NetShow, and 30 seconds plus for Real Networks RealPlay".

Have a look at the more info on this undervalued company at their website: infocast-corp.com
