PNL is still CHEAP! I was very confident on Hill 1.5 where I thought I was maxed out and plenty long, but I started wondering why I was still recommending PNL at 3.5, when I wasn't buying it myself. Especially when I was holding underperforming nags that could be traded in on a ‘fatter' horse. Well, the rolling horizon is becoming clearer, and drawing nearer, and PNLK looks to me to be on sale up to 5.5! So I sold my nags and paid 3.62 for more shares. I believe the promotion of Glenn Zagoren to Chairman of the Board is the best news I have heard since PNL's commitment to the IBE sponsorship/marketing timetable. There is life after the IBE, and GZ will still be on our team! Will be more motivated than ever! Will be less distracted by other ventures! And will command the attention of international customers who recognize that GZ's word is PNL's word, not just advertising fluff. Collardeau may keep a low profile, but I like his results oriented management style. When Proxicom needed to be replaced, he switched to Rare Medium. As the work of assembling V3 draws to a close, he sets ego aside to position Zagoren where he can be most effective. We will now have the Chairman of the Board speaking to the media for PNL at the IBE and beyond. And more importantly, the shift in emphasis from technical development to MARKETING begins ASAP. Since we haven't heard a firm date yet, I expect an announcement that V3 will launch next weekend (4/16), and a near term run up in price to the 5 to 9 range. V3 = 5. Banking Alliance = 7. Glowing reviews via the IBE = 9. Then a fallback until NASDAQ reqs have been met. As a distant reference point, I ponder revenues of .50/share times 15 = Hill 7.5. Of course an internet frenzy run up to the teens would be sweet gravy, but I will consider a partial exit strategy that is laddered in the 6 – 9 range; while, my longer term shares look stronger than ever, and will be held with Buffet-like tenacity.
