John, you are absolutely correct. Once a company is full reporting (which I understand is now a requirement of all companies after April 8, 1999), and with management in place, it would NOT be inconceiveable for them to start an on line gaming site. Afterall, Sunglold's existence was to develope casinos and I would imagine that it would be a sureway to start the rocket (with additional PRs for BC, Michigan {settlement?} or Korea?]. Gus Cusimano off topic John, is the Simmonds of ADCM, part of the Simmonds family who started Simmonds Electronics, Clublink Golf, Clearnet Communications, Glentel etc etc.?
