[Puts]

My E*TRade is a pain in the but to change options approvcal level!
I will wait until the first whiff of the idiots that NO ONE is mass deploying G.LITE and short, short, short! I read the install procedures for ORCTF modems. Splitter no big deal. ALA has stated similarly concerning cost comparisons. Why limit yourself with G.LITE? Between SLC, FUJ hardened DSLAM, and customers close to CO, who needs G.LITE? Who else besides ORCTF, INTC is even really testing it? BEsides, TXN just waiting in the wings to sue them anyway. I am happy though for those traders making a few bucks off it for the time being.

Lets take stock here and enjoy this a little:

1) At least some of Dr. Techs notes have substance - perhaps there's more of what he had to say that will bear fruit

2) Thats incredible company we keep re: Bell Atlantic - Alcatel and Nortel - nice to be mentioned amongst them given our recent tailspin and foul mood

3) Somehow, somewhy, WSTL has importance in the ADSL arena, otherwise they would've been dusted in this contract

4) Market re: AWRE TUTS, RTHM is finally learning about DSL, they just have hitched their wagons to what I believe are fringe players (remember, Seamans was a storyteller too and we were at 50)

5) 43% in one day - not a bad pop, and the guys bailing (besides you Trey and I was almost there too) had loaded at $4 or had had it.

6) WSTL has stood by their word and let the customer do the announcing - speaks large for credibility

7) Big one day pop may bring some volume that resides with AWRE and even telcos

8) At least we aren't holding PAIR

Tomorrow and the next conference call will tell.

Regards,

Dave
