it is an enigma to see good news and stock go down
if you read "The wall street jungle" you may understand why stock goes down on great news and vice versa
my theory is that market makers took the stock down to scare some holders and to get the shares cheap , this news is not a major news on a major company so it takes time to trickle down
there may be buyers on monday or all through next week that is when market makers will sell higher the shares they got cheap.

Not much selling was done before and after news release people are holding the stock and are not interested in selling it shows they are interested in this company and are willing to hold long term
stock is below its book value now so not much downside risk in it and the upside may be quite nice once semis and others start coming out of the downturn
