Before getting into ways and means, think about your purpose.
What do you want to move the drive for? That's an important
question.

Agreed, that is an important matter.
I have four programs (all fee based) which grant me a license for only a single machine......
after checking with each of them, I find that it is NOT really the machine which has license control, but the hard drive.......

So

if I can tote around my hard drive which identifies itself to them as MY Machine , I'm toting my machine (at least as far as they're concerned)

What's your target

I'm willing to have the error or errors in my reasoning above pointed out ......
for as I've said before, I just know enough to get me in trouble ... ggggg

Spots, everyone:

Intel's advertising campaign has piqued my interest in networking the two computers in our house. Intel's ad stalks about using the phone lines already installed in the walls while maintaining the ability to send and receive voice calls.

Our machines are about 15 meters distant from each other and I don't wish to string wires.

I've read, too, that savvy users won't have to pay Intel's premium price. I'd like to be a savvy user. How can I be a savvy user?

Peter
