I hope your right but my experience with other backdoors say this one will tank right away and never come back. If it spikes up at all I'll be happy to ride it down.

Mark, you shouldn't take us shorts too seriously. We both have positions, simply on different sides. What Drake referred to is a common pattern among backdoor IPOs recently. Check out MALL/UBID, DBCC/MKTW, and most recently ZD/ZDZ.

They open down. Weak attempt to rally back. Tank after IPO. Close down near the low of the day. Each instances, the parent companies get screwed no matter how the spinoff is structured. I expect to see low $20s tomorrow. Just my thoughts...
