Gord,
I suspect Aber's director's real strategy is to keep their claim alive as long as possible in order to delay facing class action(s) for breach of fiduciary duties and responsibilities resulting in the loss of 16% interest in Snap Lake. They apparently failed to provide good husbandry to shareholders assets......It will be interesting as to when the rats will start jumping the Aber ship via untimely resignations.....Is it possible to file a class action for losses against Aber as a matter of record, pending determination of Aber's claim against Winspear?
regards,
teevee
