Too smart for our own good.<nfg> But, I can't help it. I printed out Yardeni's Economics Forecast, it doesn't look grim, but it's not all rosy, either. Maybe this isn't the right time to buy a house after all, he is predicting that interest rates will continue to go down, while housing prices won't appreciate much in 1999, and will depreciate in 2000. AOL/Netscape just fired half the employees in the merged company, which I realize is a plus for the bottom line, but certainly not good for the employees.
