Gary,

At least you're in in couple of companies while the going is good. (g) The purpose of news releases via major wire satisfys disclosure rules to the general public. If certain people have inside information that they trade upon prior then they are subject to rules
10b and 10b5, rule 5 and a couple of others or the SEC and could be subject to penalties. A business has a right to disclose information
to the general public about their activities as long as they're true and not meant to defraud. Most private investors can disseminate published information as long as they are not negligent in doing so and violate copyright laws and are not intentionaly trying to defraud.
