The 5-day chart supports your thoughts, indicating a little turn up. It'd also be hard to sleep w/the "rumored" news, as a gap up on PQT would likely crush any buy-stop-loss. However, the TA is overwhelming weak. Today's run was market sympathy. If the market cools PQT should again start to fall. I don't think I'd short it here, though, as the potential due to the broad market and news is too big a risk. Also don't have the money to spare...:o) I'll feel better going long after I see it corrected.
