Esteban, Madhur has, at times, identified himself as the author. Other times not. He does tend to respond to someone on topic, but always in the same way, "Buy my product." It does feel like a rolling commercial because where ever I go, there it is. It may be a great product but I'm not likely to give it a chance because I'm really put off by his constant promotion. I think a better approach may be to direct those with tax questions to the threads set up for that topic. Then, they can get answers from others who don't necessarily have a product to pitch.
