That sounds completly logical, and most likly accurate. My (PCLN) money was sitting in my cash account for 3 weeks.

Hey guys, lets try and also figure out the E*trade, underwriter affiliation out. Seems that Bank Boston Robert Stephenson and E*Trade are tight, but than again WIT! got mPath and none for E*Trade, hmmm??

Also, Goldman Sachs is tight with Wit! now so another, hmmm???

Okay time to ponder~~

By the way (PCLN) has be laggered, but I think if you are in it fot the Long Term, PCLN could be huge. The business model is what people will tout. Looks like PCLN is busy trying to expand product lines like Amazon is doing. I think something unique and different will surprise us with PCLN. I also agree a 10 Billion $ Mkt. Cap is Steep and kind of absurb, but We have seen AMZN, EBAY, YHOO, soar on unique business models. It is my humble opinion that PCLN will join the party BUT it might take 6 monthes for it to catch on. Just my thoughts sorry.....

Bob,

You may have something there. I believe that I closed a position (sold) in another stock the morning of the day Priceline priced that afternoon. My thinking then was to have some extra funds in case PCLN priced much higher than the expected range. I'll go back and check my records.
