To be totally honest, I guess I was reminding myself as much as anything to keep a cool head. Its only been a year plus for me. I believe a UK or US joint venture will be announced as expected; but, I agree with Bluejay that the date's not critical. It could mean Dimethaid isn't making the concessions that would make it happen sooner. Also, if I had the deal made; but, felt I could get approval as well by May 31, I'd wait to see if I could announce them together. No contingencies attached. I'm trying to guess when I see the first Pennsaid commercial on TV and what it will say. "1900 people died in Canada last year using oral Arthritis painrelievers. Why take the risk? Use Pennsaid, clinically proven..." Just kidding, but, I guess October 1999 and its a US channel. Happy hunting.
