AXC is entitled to a 51% stake, and I can't imagine that they could afford more than that because any additional stake would be purchased at broadcast.com-like valuation levels. I would imagine that they would spin off maybe 20% of TVW in in an IPO, which would leave them with about 40%.

As for Malta, we'll just have to see how it develops. I expect them to offer video on demand, though. Larger screens, better resolution, etc. And some have suggested an AXC backup service. I have no idea, but it will be interesting, and will raise the profile and valuation of both AXC and TVW.

Or should I start calling Ampex ITVN (Internet TV Network)? <VBG>
Seriously, add ITVN to TVW and AEN because I think we could soon see the birth of a third network within Ampex. Great name, too.
