Serge,

A thought of a news release after the Bell would certainly prevent any selloff prior to week-end.

On the other hand, just imagine if there is an announcement after the Bell. Come Monday we are millionaires.. ...

It's been said (accurately or not) several times on this thread over the past few weeks that once approved the company must announce it within 48 hours. IF know_genius isn't just hyping it would have to be tomorrow.

Much as I want to believe it, it seems to easy. Do you think the NASDAQ folks haven't ever had people trying to find out before? Do you think it isn't probably the VERY first rule they learn about dealing with issues like this that are central to the approval process and the whole insider trading issue? You don't release information unless you KNOW you're releasing to an authorized source.

know, if I'm wrong you'll get a graceful public aplogy.
